About
What's up, my names Compy! I'm an artist in college that loves to do all kinds of things! Most are listed above, but I love making things in all kinds of mediums. I can do more common commissions, but larger projects such as small games and larger design work along with physical art or multimedium pieces are certainly not out of my scope. This page acts as both a commission info page, as well as a condensed portfolio of my work. Thanks for stopping by! ^^
Gallery
Welcome to my art gallery! Here's a showcase of some of my best work as well as my creative range. I do not own every character or property depicted in my art. Click on any image to view it in full!
Larger Projects
Ponymon Dawn & Dusk
Probably the project I'd be most known for. Brought onto the project around 2014, released update 0.4 back then. Shifted development to Emerald instead, for now the project is in indefinite hiatus. Check out my panel on the history and development of Ponymon.
For more games and other large projects, check out my portfolio here.
Commission Info
Commissions are OPEN!
I probably couldn't fit every single price variation between each kind of commission, including add-ons and specifics without this page becoming a nightmare. Best way to know exactly how something will cost is to ask! I'm always open for price inquires :P
This chart is for single character drawings only. For icons/halfbodies/emotes, cut the price in half. For extra characters, multiply that price by the amount of characters. Backgrounds start at +$10 to the base price and go up in complexity (this does not include simple colors or patterns). Replicating other styles starts at $30.
For character designs, the base price includes a sketch reference. Clean references add $10 to the base price, and a full multi-drawing reference will add $50 to the base price.
For physical art, prices can vary greatly depending on how complex your character is, how much of your character you want made, and if I need to buy more materials. Shipping is included for very flat pieces like stamps, felt art, and cross stitch pieces, that can fit in a standard envelope. If pieces must be shipped in a box, or outside of the U.S. then shipping will be need to be paid separately by the commissioner.
Pixel Art
Most of the time for pixel art, I work in about 50x50 canvases (this was because of the old DA icon size). I can go much larger or smaller depending on the character and its complexity, or on commissioners preference. For Pokemon style sprites, you will also get a gif of the character being encountered in-game. Pokemon Emerald sprites can only use 16 colors max, so very colorful characters will need to be simplified or they just wont work for this kind of commission. Full custom playble Pokemon mods are also available, but double the price.
Large Projects
I am also open for commissions for larger projects, such as small games, romhacks, comics, site/profile designs, or anything else seen in my portfolio. Please get in contact with me via the links below and we can work something out, as these are separate from any types of commissions above.
T.O.S. and other Knowhows
When commissioning me, please tell me what kind of style to draw in or what kind of craft to make, since I draw in many different styles. Linking me to something I have done before is greatly helpful in letting me know what you want. I will only replicate other styles of popular media franchises, and not independent artists. For anything concerning romhacks, I can only provide patches if commissioned for anything meant to be played, and you will need to have your own copy of the game.I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
I will most likely not take any NSFW commissions unless I know you personally. Gore is open for me, though I do not show many examples in my portfolio due to content sensitivity.Payment is up front generally once I finish a concept sketch. Once I receive payment I will send you the sketch, and we work from there! I can be pretty slow sometimes when working on commissions, feel free to ask for updates at any time!
